Founder Trip Taylor has collaborated with dealers throughout the U.S. and Canada for more than 20 years. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and their twins.
Andrew Clevenger
Andrew Clevenger contributes years of experience in the Finance arena for the Automotive Industry. After serving six years in the US Army Aviation, he found his strength and passion for the automotive retail business after working at a large volume retail operation.
He uses this experience to help Gulfstream Partners’ dealers increase their finance gross per copy and realize their full revenue potential. Andrew’s role with Gulfstream includes servicing, training, and sales. He resides in Birmingham, Alabama with his family.
Cindy Bell
Cindy serves as Controller for Gulfstream Partners and has been with the company since 2021. In this role, she has overall responsibility for financial reporting activities for Gulfstream Partners. She has a diverse business and accounting background through her tenure with several large organizations, including the United States Marine Corps and AIG. Her experience in strategic planning, as well as business growth and development continues to assist Gulfstream with achieving our goals of reporting net profit improvements year after year.
Cindy has a business degree from Georgia State University and lives in North Georgia with her family.
Paul Brady
Paul Brady brings 3 decades of experience across both retail and corporate automotive operations, with a career that spans every major leadership role inside a dealership and at the corporate level. This foundation gives him a practical, real-world understanding of dealership operations and the challenges dealers face daily.
As Vice President of Sales at Gulfstream Partners, Paul focuses on building trusted dealer relationships, aligning strategic partners to benefit our clients, and helping clients drive sustainable profitability through long-term, values-based partnerships.

Jessica Taylor
Jessica is Director of Human Resources at Gulfstream Partners. She has been with Gulfstream since its founding. Jessica has a wealth of experience in inside and outside sales, business development, and human resource development. She is proud of helping facilitate Gulfstream Partner’s rise to next level excellence in F&I.
Jessica is a graduate of the University of Georgia and mother to 9-year old twins.
Claire Parker
Claire joined the Gulfstream Partners’ team in August 2018 as our Administrative Assistant. Claire’s role is very versatile and requires flexibility.
Her responsibilities include general administrative assistance, various projects to support the team, providing input on office policies and procedures, and assisting the team with day-to-day tasks, errands, and assignments.
Manpreet Rehal
Manpreet serves as Accounting Analyst at Gulfstream Partners, providing direct support to Controller Cindy Bell in advancing the company’s financial reporting and operational objectives. She brings a solid foundation in finance and business operations and is quickly becoming a reliable resource in managing accounting entries and supporting day-to-day workflows.
Manpreet holds dual degrees in Finance and Business Administration from Georgia State University. Her strong analytical insight, diligence, and commitment to excellence supports the ongoing success of the Gulfstream Partners team.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Manpreet enjoys practicing Pilates, spending quality time with friends and family, and caring for her beloved French Bulldog, Adele.

Tony Shin
With over two decades of Automotive Industry experience, Tony Shin is a seasoned professional with a rich history of success, spanning roles from dealership finance leadership to the training of highly effective F&I managers and development of impactful financial strategies. Before joining Gulfstream Partners, he played a crucial role in empowering dealer partners to maximize F&I income, product penetration, and compliance, consistently surpassing expectations. His career journey underscores his steadfast commitment to driving sales growth, enhancing client satisfaction, and implementing operational efficiencies. His people-centric approach fosters strong professional relationships, enabling him to tailor solutions to each dealer’s unique needs. Based near Nashville, TN, Tony finds joy in family time with his wife and four children.
Marcus Mizell
Marcus joined the auto industry in 2000 where he spent two years selling cars, seven years in finance as a Manager and Director of F&I. He also has three years’ experience in management up to the General Manager level. Before joining Gulfstream Partners, he also served as National Account Manager and Elite Trainer for First Dealer Resources/IAS for a total of eight years.
With more than 20 years of finance experience, Marcus utilizes his knowledge and clear communication skills to provide dealer partners with effective advanced F&I income development opportunities. Marcus helps dealers maximize their F&I income, product penetration, and compliance, which allows them to exceed expectations in their short and long-term goals.
Marcus currently resides in the Dallas, Texas area with his two youngest children Payton and Preston. His two eldest daughters Katie and Megan both graduated from the University of Oklahoma and reside in Norman.
Chace Tomlinson
With over 12 years of dedicated experience in the automotive industry, Chace Tomlinson has held pivotal roles from Finance Manager to General Sales Manager. Throughout his career, Chace has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, combining his deep industry knowledge with a genuine focus on people. His approach is built on the belief that success in the finance department hinges on consistency, clear processes, and putting people first.
Chace’s expertise lies in helping finance departments optimize their operations and maximize profitability, all while maintaining the highest standards of customer care. His leadership style emphasizes transparency, teamwork, and building trust—key elements that contribute to long-term growth and a positive work culture.
Charles Eckles
Charles is a dedicated professional with a robust background in the automotive industry, specializing in F&I products. A graduate of Kennesaw State University, Charles entered the car business directly after completing his education. Over the years, he has developed extensive expertise in working with cross-functional teams to manage client inquiries, ensure timely project deliveries, and effectively resolve escalations.
Driven by a passion for enhancing profitability in F&I departments, Charles is committed to leveraging his industry knowledge and experience to help businesses achieve their financial goals. He resides in the vibrant North Atlanta Area with his family, where he enjoys contributing to his community both personally and professionally.
Will Rodriguez
Will is a Senior Sales Manager with over 15 years of experience in sales, business development, and guest engagement. He thrives in challenging environments where relationships drive success. Colleagues would describe him as strategic, collaborative, and results-driven, which has enabled him to lead high-performing teams, develop lasting client relationships, and implement sales strategies that deliver both revenue growth and unforgettable customer experiences. Will like golf, traveling and am getting ready to be a dad for the first time!

Known for his strategic mindset and hands-on leadership style, Skip has built a reputation for delivering results across sales, operations, and business development. He excels in analyzing market opportunities, strengthening dealer partnerships, and leading high-performing teams. With a career rooted in integrity, resilience, and a customer-first approach, Skip continues to bring value through his deep industry knowledge and commitment to excellence.
Evan Swanagin
Evan joined the automotive industry in 2019 when he was 23 years old, where he spent 2 years selling cars and working his way to becoming a top producer at a high-volume dealer group based out of Alabama. Evan was promoted into finance at 25, where he spent 4 years in F&I, eventually becoming one of the top F&I Managers within the group. Evan was then promoted to Sales Manager overseeing a team of salespeople for over a year. Evan graduated with Honors from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce & Business Administration and a Major in Finance.
Evan specializes in honesty and transparency. His age and his recent experience in F&I give him a unique perspective to share with the entire spectrum of dealers. Evan’s passion for training and influencing positive changes on others is what separates him from the rest. He is consistently optimistic, positive, and always does everything he can to solve problems for others.
